The TSA Leadership Conference is where our chapter officers—President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Reporter, and Sergeant-at-Arms—develop the skills and confidence to lead. This event goes beyond training; it’s about learning roles and responsibilities, mastering leadership strategies, and building strong team bonds that ensure a successful chapter throughout the year.

This is the ultimate stage where middle school innovators showcase their skills in cutting-edge events—from engineering and robotics to digital design and leadership challenges.

National Conference
The National TSA Conference is the pinnacle of the TSA journey, bringing together the brightest minds from across the country and beyond. Students from 48 states and multiple countries gather for an unforgettable week of innovation, leadership, and fun.
With over 75 competitive events spanning engineering, robotics, coding, design, and more, this conference is where ideas turn into reality. Participants also enjoy leadership trainings, TSA meet-and-greets, recognition awards, and social events that create lifelong memories and friendships.
